Refund policy

Duration: We pride ourselves on a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your notebook to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your notebook must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it.
  • Remain unused with no markings or writings.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Accompany a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Notebooks sent to us without prior return approval will not be accepted. For all return inquiries, reach out to info@ilovemyjobnotebooks.com.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your notebook upon receipt. If it's defective, damaged, or if you've received the incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address and rectify the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Sale items or promotional notebooks are not eligible for return.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union: you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The conditions outlined in the "Eligibility for Returns" section apply.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned notebook, we'll notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or credit card companies might require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund's approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@ilovemyjobnotebooks.com.
